Standard Delivery: Delivered by DHL in 3-5 working days for £4.95.

Next Day Delivery: Delivered by DHL for £9.95 on orders placed before 1pm (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

 

International & EU Delivery:

Calculated at checkout, including duties & taxes. We ship to over 130 countries.
Please note, local laws may require additional fees upon arrival.

 

Click & Collect from Selfridges:

Available for next-day pickup (same-day possible upon request). Unavailable weekends & bank holidays.

Requires order confirmation email, photo ID, and the card used for purchase.

Items held for 7 days before a refund. Bespoke items may have longer wait times.

Returns can be made to the Alkemistry, Ground floor, Selfridges, but refunds are processed online.

Free UK Returns: Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

International Returns: Email info@thealkemistry.com for a return quote.

Return Conditions: Items must be in perfect condition and original packaging.
