About our UK deliveries
We will deliver your order to you using DHL. The cost of delivery is shown at checkout and is inclusive of all charges.
Standard delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days, with the exception of personalisation products which may take a little longer.
Orders made by 1PM and requiring Next Day delivery will be delivered on the next working day. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Therefore, orders that are placed
About our international deliveries
We will always try to calculate a fully delivered price so you will never have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives. We aim to ensure total you see at the checkout will be the final price.
You can send your order to 130 countries and regions around the world, including North America, Australia, the Middle East and China.
The cost of delivery to an EU member state is £4.95 and the cost of delivery outside the EU is £14.95.
Please note that we try our very best to ensure that all taxes and duties are levied at checkout, but this may not always be possible due to local laws and restrictions.
Click and Collect
We will need to see your order confirmation email when collecting your order. We will only release the item to the person who made the purchase.
You will need to bring proof of ID and proof of payment such as:
- the payment card you used for the order
- a current photo driver's license or passport
We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.
We'll hold your order in store for 7 days, after which we'll return the order to stock and refund your account. Please note that bespoke or special order products may take longer to get ready.
Our Click and Collect orders are available for collection from our Floral Street, Covent Garden store.

We hope you’re delighted with your order. However, if you’re not perfectly satisfied please see returns information below.
You may return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
Please email email@example.com and let us know why you are returning the goods, we shall then issue a DHL label. You will need to arrange a pickup of your item with DHL by following the below instructions:

3. Select 'No' under 'Do you need to create a label?'
4. Select 'I have a DHL Waybill number'
5. Enter the Waybill number and your phone number
6. Enter your pickup address and select a convenient time for your collection.
We shall contact you once the return has been received, and you will then be refunded for the returned item.
Please note that we will not be held liable for any items that get lost/stolen in transit.
