IN WARRANTY REPAIR

We pride ourselves on great service and products that stand the test of time. However, as with everything that is worn regularly, fine jewellery can also show signs of wear and tear and can possibly break. Rest assured though, we offer two years warranty on all The Alkemistry branded products and one year on our guest designers.

Once the item is received into our head office you shall get an email confirmation.
