We pride ourselves on great service and products that stand the test of time. However, as with everything that is worn regularly, fine jewellery can also show signs of wear and tear and can possibly break.

If you have lost your 18ct gold tag, we will happily replace for a small cost. 

Please allow us 5 days from there to repair the item.
